Dr Andrew Riley is just back from another volunteer trip to Tonga. Funded through VOSO (Volunteer Ophthalmic Services Overseas) of which he is a Director the team of four (two surgeons and two optometrists) completed 54 cataract operations, 8 other eye operations and dispensed hundreds of glasses during the week. As always the trip was incredibly rewarding and the Tongan people were extremely grateful for the service provided.
