Dr Julia Escardo-Paton working at Eye Doctors

Eye Doctors is pleased to welcome Dr Julia Escardo-Paton who has a particular interest in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.   

Born in Peru, and educated in the US and the UK Dr Escardo-Paton came to New Zealand in 2010.  She was a strabismus and paediatric fellow with Dr Dai at ADHB for a year before returning to the UK for seven years to work as a paediatric ophthalmologist.   She has been working at Counties Manukau since immigrating to New Zealand with her husband and children in 2017.
